In addition, they help organize classes more interesting and varied, create favorable psychophysiological comfort for children during classes.
Su-Jok therapy techniques are massage of the hands with special balls and elastic rings, massage of the feet. In case of illness, the "signal" wave is sent from the affected organ or part of the body to the correspondence point and brings it into an excited state - the point becomes sharply painful. At the moment of stimulation of such a point, a “healing” wave appears, which has a normalizing effect on the diseased organ.

The back of the hand corresponds to the back of the body, and the palm to the front.. To determine the location of the projection of the right and left sides on the hand, it must be placed with the palm forward and fingers down.
