What to consider before eyelash extensions. Comprehensive information about eyelash extensions Is it possible to extend eyelashes in the summer

Lower eyelash extensions have not yet become widespread, but the popularity of this procedure is growing. It is usually done at the same time as or after upper eyelash extensions, if the client specifically requests it. Most often, the eyes are open during the procedure - therefore, the master requires special accuracy and care.

Description of technology and features

Lower eyelash extension work is painstaking and complicated, and the effect of the procedure disappears after 1.5 - 2 weeks, since a special hypoallergenic glue is used to attach artificial hairs, which does not last long. Not all salons offer such extensions - be prepared for the fact that you will have to spend some time looking for "your" master.

Varieties

There are two types of eyelash extensions – lash extensions and lash extensions. At the first, a bundle of several artificial hairs is glued to a natural eyelash. On the lower eyelids, it looks heavy and rather rough, the risk of breaking the eyelashes is very high. Therefore, eyelash extensions are used - each artificial hair is attached separately.

An incomplete extension of the lower eyelashes is possible - most often, artificial hairs are glued only in the corners of the eyes (corner extensions).

Advantages

  • The lower lashes acquire a beautiful natural curve.
  • Eye makeup looks harmonious and complete.
  • Eliminates the need to use mascara every day.

disadvantages

  • Extension of the lower eyelashes is a separate procedure and is not done by default, it will have to be discussed and paid for additionally.
  • The extended lower lashes do not last as long as the upper ones, while the gaps when they fall out are more noticeable.
  • Most often, extended lower eyelashes are felt when worn.
  • If the upper eyelashes are very straight, the lower extensions can cling to them when blinking.

The procedure is quite complicated, often performed on open eyes; if the master does not have the proper qualifications, negative consequences may occur - eye irritation, burning.

Indications for carrying out

  • In addition to top eyelash extensions with double or triple volume; in this case, if nothing is done with the lower ones, they will be lost, and the eyes will look strange and disharmonious.
  • The desire to create an original, extravagant image, for example, for a performance or a photo shoot.
  • The need to correct the shape of the eyes or other features of the face.

Contraindications

  • Tendency to allergic reactions.
  • Diseases of the eyes and eyelids.
  • Thin and sparse lower lashes.
  • The habit of constantly rubbing your eyes.

There is no need to extend the lower eyelashes if they are naturally thick and dark enough.

Technique, stages and duration of the procedure

The procedure is very painstaking and can take up to 2.5 hours. The lower eyelashes are extended after the upper eyelash extensions - using a similar technology.

  • A protective patch is glued to the lower eyelid under the eyelashes - a special strip or silicone pad.
  • Eyelashes are combed, treated with a degreasing agent.
  • Artificial hair is dipped in glue; excess adhesive is removed on a cotton pad or silicone pad.
  • Holding the hair with tweezers, the master fixes it in the chosen place.
  • The same operation is repeated with subsequent hairs - until the required volume is reached.

The video contains lists: what to look for during the procedure, what tools are needed, what is the sequence of actions; each step of the procedure is shown separately.

Lower eyelash extension mistakes

  • The most common mistake is choosing to build too long artificial hairs. Eyes immediately lose their naturalness and expressiveness. The optimal length is 1.5 - 2 mm longer than that of native eyelashes.
  • Proportional mismatch. Thick eyelashes are allowed only for stage images; in other cases, the upper eyelashes should remain twice as magnificent as the lower ones.
  • The use of overly curved artificial hairs - for lower eyelash extensions, the J (A) bend is recommended, as close to natural as possible.

Care after the procedure

  • Do not wash your face for 3 hours after the procedure.
  • You should not often touch your eyelashes and rub your eyes; It is undesirable to sleep with your face in the pillow.
  • It is recommended to clean the eyes with a soft cotton pad moistened with water or lotion; oily products can remove not only dirt and cosmetics, but also artificial eyelashes. This also applies to oily eye creams - they must be discarded.
  • Avoid using soap and hot water.
  • It is forbidden to curl eyelashes with tongs.
  • Be especially careful when visiting baths and saunas - high temperatures soften the glue.
  • Brush your eyelashes often with a special brush to avoid sticking them together.

How often can you do the procedure

With the right selection of parameters for artificial eyelashes, the procedure can be done as needed - as often as required. If, after removing the extended hairs, the master sees that the condition of the natural eyelashes has worsened, he will offer to give them time to recover. This advice must be followed.

Can it be done at home?

Lower eyelashes can be extended at home, on your own - the procedure is most often done with open eyes, which, in theory, simplifies its implementation. However, it must be borne in mind that it requires special care and professionalism - the risk of damaging the eyes is very high. It is advisable to go through special training beforehand.

Duration of effect and subsequent correction

Extended lower eyelashes last less than the upper ones - about 10 - 14 days.

After that, correction or extension is necessary - what exactly to choose, the master will advise you after examining the eyelashes and assessing their condition.

Where is it better to do it: in the salon, with a private master or on your own at home

Lower eyelash extension is a complex and time-consuming procedure, it requires a thorough knowledge of the technology and high qualifications. With poor-quality eye extensions, the eyes can become inflamed, the eyelids can itch, and there is a feeling of something foreign in the eyes. In some cases, you have to see a doctor. It is safer to increase the lower eyelashes in the salon, with a proven, experienced master who has the appropriate certificate.

Approximate cost in salons / from private masters

In salons, lower eyelash extensions cost about 1,800 rubles.

Private masters charge for this procedure from 1000 rubles.

Lower eyelash extensions are a rather expensive, complicated and not entirely safe procedure. However, you should decide on it if you want to make a special effect or are going to an event where you need to look bright and attractive. The procedure is best done in the cabin; be careful when choosing a master.

I’ll start my story with why I decided to get eyelash extensions in the first place. In principle, here you can get by with one photo of my natural native stumps:

They are short, straight, naughty, and making them up so that they look adequate for the first half hour is quite difficult, you first need to curl them with a curler, smear them with a base, choose mascara with a convenient brush, paint over them three times for five minutes, literally bending and pressing them to the upper eyelid, to add at least a little beautiful bend, and in the end it will still not be very good:

And in half an hour they will completely fall and stick out like straight sticks. Horror. Therefore, thoughts about building up have been in my head for a long time. Only possible inconveniences stopped me, which I will write about later, and the fact that many friends said that eyelashes should not be wetted. Apparently, this was the case before, now many masters allow them to be wetted, although some still stick some old stuff (apparently) on some kind of dumb glue, and these eyelashes cannot be wetted. But then it slowed me down a lot, how not to wet my eyes? How about washing? Is this not makeup at all, but shadows? What about a toner? In general, it is possible to wet normal eyelashes, which is why I decided in the end to make myself an extension.

First of all, before me there was a question of a choice of the master.

What to look for when choosing a master? My thoughts and advice on this occasion:

1. Portfolio.

This is the very first criterion by which I choose a salon. I won't go to any master if I don't see enough of his work . Of course, this does not protect against the fact that the master messes with you, but if the master has 200 photos in the My Works album, and I like them, then there is a high probability that I will get a result that suits me (if it is his work, of course). But if it bothers me already more than 10% of the master's works, then I begin to seriously think about whether to go to him.

The ideal option is when I like everything “before and after” in the photo. Of course, the master may simply not upload unsuccessful works, so I also look at the number and dates of portfolio updates if it is replenished quite often good work, then it basically suits me. Unfortunately, with such requirements, it can take a very long time to find a suitable master, and this approach may seem too meticulous to someone, but I want to choose the best of what is.

2. Place of work of the master.

This refers to the salon or at home. And although in the minds of many people, home masters are immediately -5 to trust, I would not trust salons / cabinets so much. It seems to me that if the master is conscious and adequate, he will carry out high-quality sterilization of equipment at home, work with good materials and respect the client, and if the mother is careless, then he can heap up problems on your face in the salon. I chose the salon for myself, simply because I liked the work of the master. Just ask the master questions that interest you, look at his reaction, decide whether you can trust him or not.

3. Reviews.

I think it's worth looking into third party reviews to the master / salon, preferably negative. If there aren't any, that's a little reassuring. There are in the social networks, all sorts of groups like “Beauty Industry * city name *”, you can look through the records on the wall there, or ask the local residents if anyone has done procedures with the master you want to sign up with.

4. Price.

Too high a price can scare off, and too low arouse suspicion. If the price is too cheap, perhaps the master works with poor quality cheap materials, which can negatively affect your health, and if this is also accompanied by active promotions such as "repost discounts", then I would personally give up the idea of signing up for this. By themselves, discounts and contests are good, of course, this is PR, it is needed, but if it gives off cheapness, then I won’t take risks, it’s very similar to a mass conveyor. Also, I would not risk going to a novice or trainee craftsman who charge only for materials. Yes, I understand they need portfolios too, but find someone else who isn't paranoid like me.

Price in my salon 800 rub.) was average in my opinion small town so I didn't hesitate for long.

5. Certificates.

Many masters and salons share photos of their certificates, and if they do this often and constantly, something study, go to master classes, this also inspires confidence. Available for pre-consultation ask for information about the qualifications of the master, and if the master is adequate, he should not be indignant about this, but understand that the client wants to trust him. If I were a master, I would post my certificates wherever possible, so that the client would immediately not even doubt that I am a specialist, and not a devil from a snuffbox.

6. Materials on which the master works.

If this is not your first extension, if you already have experience and knowledge, then pay attention to the materials themselves, these may be manufacturer's brands eyelashes, glue, eye patches, read also review about them in advance. The salon where I did my eyelashes also sells a bunch of materials for eyelashes, nails, etc., so I had the opportunity to explore the range. Yes, and in principle, normal craftsmen like to upload photos and tell what they work on. Now, if you ask the master about his materials, and in response he mumbles something incomprehensible, or turns on a suspect dog, convincing him that he has the best materials, or even better - starts to be impudent, then it is better to bypass such people.

In principle, if these points satisfy me, then the rest are not so significant (the convenience of the location of the cabin, for example) I no longer care so much. And when you have already signed up and came to the master at the appointed time, you should also pay attention to his workplace.

What should you pay attention to when you already come to the master?

1. Yet again, certificates if you didn't get to know them beforehand.

If you did not pay attention to them when choosing a master, then you have a chance to study them before the procedure. My master had them hanging on the wall, which is a plus.

2. Working environment and hygiene.

in a good way all instruments must be clean and sterile, and all concomitant disposable products(diapers on the couch, for example). And although eyelash extensions are not a tattoo session, for example, where protection and disposable materials are simply necessary, because the work is done with the skin and blood of the client, but I don’t even care psychologically more comfortable if I see everything cozy, disposable, clean, not a mess in the office etc. Of course, you are unlikely to find out how honestly the master processes the tools, he will not invite you to the office with the words “here, look, here we are disinfecting the tweezers”, but even the fact that they tell me “wait 10 minutes, I will process instruments?".

2. The attitude of the master towards you.

I don’t mean, of course, that the master should smile at you with 32 teeth and bow before your eyelashes, I’m more about what I like, that the master takes part in the discussion, gives advice, explains everything. The first time I started asking what volume is best for me, how they differ and all that, because I was going to do eyelashes for the first time, they told me everything in detail, showed me, that is, I saw the interest of the master in me as a client and in his work . If they answered me something like “oh, how do I know, if you want a classic, if you want a double, I don’t care at all,” it would definitely discourage me. I don’t really like it when they treat the case and the client with indifference, I’m actually trying to choose here, I need help, are you a master or who!

The process of building and sensations during it and after:

I lay down on the couch, they isolated my upper eyelashes with a patch, wiped them with a degreasing compound, and then I just lay for an hour and a half. It didn't hurt, it didn't tickle, it didn't hurt, I just heard and felt how one hand holds my eyelashes, and the second glues new artificial ones to me.

At home, before that, I watched a video on how to increase eyelashes, and I knew what it was extension is made by gluing an artificial eyelash to your eyelash extension.

After the master finished one eye, she removed the patch and gave me a mirror so that I could evaluate the result. I liked the result, and I lay down to wait for the second eye.

Lying still for so long, of course, is hard, the whole body becomes numb, you want to kick your legs or roll over on your back. Sometimes I bent my knees, sometimes I turned my lower body in different sides, in general, did everything so as not to turn into stone completely. The master was sympathetic to this, she said that many people do this, and it’s really difficult to lie still for so long. A couple of times I fell asleep in the process, woke up from the fact that I pulled my hand hard, but the master did not even notice.

After each eye, the master asks to gently start opening the eye so that check if the eyelashes are stuck together, did not get where the glue. Once he somehow got on the corner of the lower eyelashes, and she carefully separated them. Generally I didn’t experience any discomfort during or after, and I didn’t feel my eyelashes at all.

This is what my new lashes looked like:

That's why I chose this master. I like such thin fluffy eyelashes, and I don’t like thick ones at all, otherwise some have such an extension, as if hard silicone sticks of the same length were glued, and here the eyelashes look natural, like mine, only very cool.

1. The most important thing is not to wet them for the first day, do not comb them, do not rub them, do not visit baths and saunas, do not sleep with your face in the pillow, in general, do not touch your eyelashes at all. On the first day, it turned out to be difficult for me, because as soon as I arrived home, I completely forgot that I now had extended eyelashes, and constantly tried to scratch my eyes out of habit, stumbled upon something fluffy and got scared. And then I was like: “aa Well, these are new eyelashes. I am the truth didn't feel them at all.! They are not what lungs, they simply weightless and imperceptible thin pussies.

2. After a day, eyelashes can already be wetted, but throughout the socks you can not rub them hard, tear, and otherwise mechanically injure, otherwise it will just speed up the process of their departure. Yes, the cilia are slowly starting to fall off, every day I had 1-2 pieces flying while combing or washing. By the way, for combing I bought myself a set of such silicone brushes (10 pieces for 150 rubles):

I immediately threw one into a cosmetic bag in a bag to comb it at work, the second I threw into a case with brushes at home. Eyelashes need to be combed, because otherwise they will look sloppy and disheveled, just don't do it too hard, do as you go, you can only the tips, it is not necessary to comb from the roots.

Again about the sensations - I have nothing itched beyond measure. Sometimes my eyes itch a little from fatigue, sometimes something gets on the skin of the eyelid, and that’s how it remained with the eyelashes, they didn’t bring any additional sensations at all. I still didn't feel them.

After a couple of days, nothing fell off, but more on that a little later.

3. It is strictly forbidden to use oil on eyelashes and any of its derivatives, this will also lead to the speedy leaving of the eyelashes from the eyes, because. oil can dissolve glue on which the eyelashes were planted. For me, this turned out to be a small problem, because. I used to wash off all makeup with hydrophilic oil, now I have to separately remove the eye make-up with a micellar, trying not to touch the eyelashes, and then carefully remove the remaining makeup from the face with hydrophilic oil, trying not to get on the area around the eyes. I also try to wash off the remnants of cleansers with foam or water gently, without exposing the eyelashes to copious amounts of water. In general, as punished - I try not to touch my eyelashes . No, you can, of course, immediately start using micellar water right on the eyelashes, go over the foam with more foam, and then apply another fat cream for the eyelids along the growth line. But then your cilia will not live up to the correction. So everything that does not touch the eyelashes and does not have a fatty base is now our friend.

4. Correction- done about 2 weeks later (give or take a couple of days) and if you have at least 50% of lash extensions left. As it is right, it costs not as a full-fledged build-up, but some percentage of the total amount, in my case it was 50% ( 400 rub .)

In general, I was afraid that I was using my lash supply too actively, and that my loss was too strong (of course not, a few lashes a day is the norm). I was afraid that I would come to the master for correction, and she would say “sooooo, and where did you lose all my eyelashes, what is this, you scoundrel” But no, the master said that I had 60% or even more percent left, and that this is a good result. This is what my eyelashes looked like before the correction (a little more than 2 weeks have passed since the extension):

Here in the photo they are simply uncombed, but in life they looked pretty good.

I calmed down, I was corrected and released. Eyelashes after correction looked like after the first extension (in the photo after a couple of days):

After correction, you can wear eyelashes for as long as you want, or as long as you can carry. Because the next step is only the removal of eyelashes and the extension of new ones.

Difficulties that may arise after eyelash extensions:

1. Getting eyelashes in the eye.

This is the only trouble I have encountered. If an ordinary native eyelash gets into the eye, then it is very strongly felt, but in principle you can try to blink, wash your hands and try to remove it. If an artificial eyelash gets into the eye, it is very unpleasant, it feels hard and large, and you need to get it out immediately, because if it rolls into a hard-to-reach place somewhere under the eyelid, it will be trash. I only got 2 times, and I remember each one very well, now I'm anxiously waiting for the moment when the next time the eyelash is in the eye. By the way, both times this happened after I still touched the eyelashes out of habit with my hands. Another reason to learn to leave them alone

2. Swelling of the eyes, itching, eyelid skin discomfort.

This can happen if the master used low-quality materials that got on the skin, or high-quality ones, but you also had an allergy to them. Some masters glue eyelashes very close to the skin, so the glue inevitably gets on it and provokes irritation, and some simply work sloppily. While my eyelashes were being done, I did not feel that my eyelids were touched with eyelashes with glue, although this may not be the case. Some people in the morning cannot tear their eyes at all, because the eyelashes are all stuck together and swollen. This is either a krivoruk master, or poor-quality materials, or a severe allergy, or maybe all of them.

3. Increased loss of eyelashes in the first days.

This also happens not infrequently, and even more often along with the previous paragraph, when people barely tear their swollen eyes, go to wash, and half of the eyelashes end up in the sink, and the other half falls off the next day. What can I say, hello again to the crooked masters with fig glue.

4. Your own eyelashes may be damaged.

This may again be a consequence of the two previous points, or it may be the result of something else, for example, if your eyelashes are thin and weak, and you have 4D volume with some hard and heavy eyelashes. Or your eyelashes were removed with a poor-quality composition. Or you yourself actively rub the extended eyelashes because of some discomfort and tear them out along with your own.

There are also some other not so common consequences, in any case, everything is individual and depends on your master and yourself. If you follow all the recommendations and carefully approach the choice of a professional, then such complications are minimized.

There are other aspects that I call nuances and not cons. This is again, for example, the fact that now you will have to wash your face and wash your makeup more carefully, and also the fact that if you paint your eyes with shadows and use loose products, they will remain on the eyelashes and look not very beautiful in general:

If the eyelashes are already living their last days, then you can paint them with mascara, it will not be worse.

This is what my eyelashes looked like a couple of weeks after the correction:

In principle, it was possible to walk with such successfully for the same amount, but on this day I just decided to break away and put on a lot of makeup for a review of the eyeshadow palette, after that I washed off the makeup with micellar water and rubbed my eyelashes and between the eyelashes, and when I realized that there were still a couple make-ups - and they will get completely tryndets, then I washed myself with a hydrophilic a couple of times, what to lose, it’s better to go make new ones than rub them gently for three hours, since it’s already such an important matter. Eyelashes after all this noticeably thinned, but still looked better than my relatives. Without thinking twice, I signed up for the removal of old eyelashes and a new extension.

The next time I did another extension, I will review it later.

But I have something to tell about the removal of eyelashes. I was again laid on the couch, patched and applied to the eyelashes some kind of composition that smelled strongly of alcohol, they left me like that for 10 minutes, according to the sensations. This composition also did not cause discomfort, my eyes did not itch, did not itch, then they simply removed it along with artificial eyelashes.

I took a picture of the process of a new extension, my eyelashes are on the left:

Remained in place the same as they were, did not fall off anywhere.

ABOUT pros Do I have to say, or is everything clear from the photo?

Minuses:

  • You can stumble upon a would-be master who will not only do the job crookedly, but also ruin your eyelashes.
  • Allergy to materials may occur, especially if they are of poor quality.
  • Possible discomfort, itching, swelling of the eyes, gluing of eyelashes, etc.

But you can try to avoid this by following my advice above on choosing good master.

Outcome:

I am very satisfied with her eyelash extensions, and in principle this procedure is very useful for modern girls, she did a tattoo (only also high-quality and beautiful!), She grew eyelashes, woke up and went to work as a beauty. In addition, fluffy eyelashes save any makeup. Crooked shading? Bang your eyelashes. Asymmetric arrows? Fuck eyelashes! Everything is better with eyelashes, so eyelash extensions I definitely recommend!

It is very important for any girl to be loved, respected and appreciated. As we know, men look at this world a little differently. For them, in the first place is far from your qualities of character, but, of course, beauty. Yes, it was women who looked great that poets sang in their poems, it is dedicated to them a large number of songs.

for the sake of beautiful women men are ready for a lot. Perhaps that is why so many women can stand at the mirror for hours, constantly sit on strict diets, starve, spend money on stylists, makeup artists and other specialists.

Extension is a popular procedure in our modern world.

All these procedures are quite expensive, but this does not stop our lovely ladies. Just think how many manipulations you need to do with your body in order to look good! In order to be beautiful, you need to regularly visit a dentist, hairdresser, beautician, and all this despite the fact that the house should be in order and cleanliness, and you should not forget about official work.

In this article we will talk about eyelash extensions. Of course, it looks amazing when you have your long ones. But not everyone is so generously endowed by nature. Many girls have to regularly build them up in a beauty salon.

Unfortunately, it is not appropriate to carry out this procedure at any time of the year. For example, if you are going on vacation, you should think a thousand times, as false eyelashes at sea can also cause a number of inconveniences. Of course, it's great if men turn around admiringly at you, but let's take a closer look at all the possible pros and cons.

We build eyelashes on the sea. The advantages of such an event

Is eyelash extensions worth it? For starters, consider positive sides this question. Firstly, if you decide to increase eyelashes, you are guaranteed an excellent result for a long time. Such a procedure, although not cheap, but the cilia hold on for a very, very long time.

Another advantage is that your skin is not exposed to the harmful effects of cosmetics. Just imagine how much you minimize the damage to your skin. After all, every day because of the application of cosmetics, she breathes badly. Therefore, regular rashes and acne appear on it. And applying mascara! Imagine the damage this seemingly harmless remedy does. So, regarding the question of whether it is worth building eyelashes at sea, if you carefully monitor your health and you care, then the answer is unequivocal - yes. It will save you time and is also a great alternative to mascara.

Of course, for a girl, the most important principle is how she looks. In this sense, artificial eyelashes will give the appearance that she dreamed of. The eyes will become expressive. If on vacation there is some important meeting or a trip to an expensive institution, you will look great.

A rather significant advantage of eyelash extensions is that you do not need to take tons of mascara, shadows, eyeliners with you. Moreover, today there is total control at airports. Therefore, it is better to take things to a minimum, and extra suspicious packaging can become a subject of dispute.

We build eyelashes on the sea. The disadvantages of this procedure

So is it worth it to build eyelashes at sea? We have considered the positive aspects of this issue. But why then are many women so categorically against this procedure? The main disadvantage of artificial eyelashes is their inconvenience. And nowhere is this more evident than at sea. Firstly, eyelashes will begin to fall out over time, if the period of stay on vacation is quite long, then all this can begin to happen right there. Believe me, not a very impressive sight. And there will be no familiar master, that is, it is almost impossible to carry out a correction in such cases.

So is it possible to increase eyelashes at sea? Another negative point is that with such beauty it is not very convenient to swim and swim. Just imagine how uncomfortable it is to get out of the sea, despite the fact that water flows from your eyelashes, which causes constant inconvenience. Also, when a girl comes to the sea, she watches her face much more often and washes her face, because salt does not always have a good effect on the skin. And to do with false cilia it will be extremely inconvenient and undesirable. Therefore, in this sense, such eyelashes are not the best option.

You don't dive with eyelashes!

In the event that you like to dive, then with cilia it will be extremely difficult to realize this dream. They will be very annoying and annoying. Therefore, think several times before deciding on such a procedure.

Based on the foregoing, it is worth saying that there is no unambiguous answer to the question of whether it is worth building eyelashes in front of the sea. It all depends on your feelings. Depending on this, an appropriate decision should be made.

The opinion of girls about this procedure

So is it worth it to build eyelashes at sea? In the reviews, women and girls share their impressions of artificial eyelashes. They write various reviews. Therefore, there is no clear answer to the above question. Those who have experienced allergic reactions write that it is disgusting to come to the sea with such cilia. Someone says that it is extremely difficult to simply scratch your eyes with them. Others, on the contrary, share rave reviews and say that they felt great.

Not only did many foreigners come up and admire the beauty of the eyes, but the girls felt incredibly charming and attractive.

Now let's move on to some tips if you still decide to build cilia.

The first recommendation is that if you have never done such a procedure, it is better to try it before going to the sea. First, you will check if you have any allergic reactions and irritation from the introduction of artificial cilia.

In front of the sea, no one bothers you to re-build. But you will be absolutely sure that no unpleasant moments will happen, and this is an indisputable advantage. It is quite possible that during this time you will decide what you want specifically, and ask the beautician to make eyelashes. For example, you want more lush or long.

You should also listen to another good advice- eyelashes are best done not quite black. As we know, the lower eyelashes burn out under the scorching sun. Therefore, this point must be taken into account. So that there is no very obvious dissonance. It should be painted in a slightly pale black shade. Then the effect will be incredibly good.

How to care? What should not be done?

A very important condition for maintaining eyelashes in a presentable form is careful care for them. Firstly, it is best to swim with glasses, and in no case should tanning oil get on the glue.

Of course, today eyelash glue manufacturers have taken care of its durability and reliability. Nevertheless, it is better to play it safe once again.

Never rub your eyes often. From this, you run the risk of being left without your eyelashes as well. You should also not sit for a long time and steam the body in the bathroom. It will also negatively affect the beauty of your eyelashes.

Swimming in the pool will not affect your beauty very well. Remember that there is bleach, and it has an extremely negative effect on artificial eyelashes, and on the whole body as a whole.

It turns out that extended eyelashes on a trip to the sea require quite careful care. But in any case, it is much better than you would every day to paint your waterproof mascara. Well, if a good friend did the same before going to the sea. Then you can listen to live recommendations and advice. But still, it is worth recalling once again that this is a completely individual matter. You never know how the body will react to this or that external influence. Therefore, you should not do it if one of your girlfriends is categorically against eyelash extensions. Moreover, a girl always wants to be the most beautiful and desirable. And these pleasant little things add self-confidence and their own irresistibility.

A positive answer to a question that concerns many

So, to the question whether it is possible to increase eyelashes before going to the sea, we received an unambiguous positive answer. Of course, any procedure has its drawbacks, but with right approach they will be minimized. The only thing to take into account is that it is better to try to build up cilia in advance. As we found out, we can at least understand the reaction of our body, and if something goes wrong, then it can be corrected right there.

With eyelash extensions at sea, it is quite convenient, and the most important thing is that you always feel beautiful. When attention is focused on the eyes, it's so cool! As you know, the eyes are the mirror of the soul. The more attractive this part is, the more willing the locals or tourists will get to know each other.

So eyelash extensions and the sea are two completely compatible things, you should not listen to your friends who disapprovingly speak of this procedure. Draw conclusions only when you try it all on your body.

Don't save!

Many people are probably worried about one more question: where to increase eyelashes on vacation? If you want to look really good, in no case do not save on this procedure, it will not bring you any benefit. It is better to overpay once again than to be left without eyelashes at all. Very great importance has both the quality of the glue and the eyelashes themselves.

A small conclusion

Now you know the answer to exciting question. But regardless of everything else, you yourself must decide on such a procedure in front of the sea. It is best to contact the familiar cosmetologists or those that your friends went to. This will be some guarantee of quality work.

Modern cosmetology allows you to correct almost any flaw in appearance. There is no problem in "drawing" new eyebrows, lip augmentation or nail extensions. Another thing is how natural the result looks, does a woman look vulgar in a new look? And the question of safety of the procedure is also important. And if only a few decide on radical changes, then the eyelash extension service, which is innocent compared to other interventions, is now especially popular. Why?

Not everyone has naturally thick and dark eyelashes, and doing a thorough make-up every day can be tiring for many. But before you go for a procedure in a beauty parlor, you need to figure out if eyelash extensions are harmful?

Why do women get eyelash extensions?

Long eyelashes, curving up, give the look of mystery and expressiveness. Usually women paint their eyes with mascara, but thanks to artificial cilia, the need to do makeup every day disappears.

Masters can perform extensions in two techniques:

  • beam;
  • eyelash.

With the help of special glue, cilia made of artificial materials are attached to natural ones. The procedure takes one and a half to three hours. After two or three weeks, you will need to make a correction, or remove artificial materials. As a rule, eyelashes of the upper eyelid are increased. The service of giving volume to the lower row of eyelashes is practically not in demand.

Only a qualified master who has completed the relevant courses and has a certificate can correctly perform the procedure. Unfortunately, there are many so-called "self-taught" in the field of beauty. The result of their work often disappoints customers who notice that after the procedure, “native” cilia have deteriorated.

Women who want to try something new, improve their appearance and become even more beautiful are interested in the procedure. But since taking care of your health always comes first, the question of whether eyelash extensions are harmful remains relevant. After all, there are a lot of negative reviews about this procedure on the Internet.

Why eyelash extensions hurt them

Even the highest quality and finest artificial hairs give a noticeable load. Under the weight of extended eyelashes, natural ones do not rest at all, and eventually begin to weaken. Eyelashes will deteriorate, but not abruptly, but in 2-3 months or even in six months. This is the main harm of extended eyelashes.
Normally, all the hairs on our body constantly grow and renew, and the old ones fall out. Usually a person does not even notice how this happens. If the procedure is performed technically illiterate, the eyelash cannot fall out, but gets stuck in the artificial hairs. This poses a threat to the eyes, as it can provoke the development of an inflammatory process.

Also, the use of low-quality materials by the master does not promise anything good. They hold worse, look cheap and are more likely to cause allergies. Unfortunately, often clients do not have the opportunity to understand what materials are used in the salon, and they are forced to take the word of the master.

What happens to natural eyelashes after the procedure

After removing synthetic materials, women often think that almost nothing is left of natural cilia. This is not entirely true, it’s just that they could have deteriorated, become shorter, thinner and lighter, and now they no longer look so impressive. For some time, the hairs may actively fall out or grow worse. Such a reaction is quite natural, because the cilia for a long time were under the weight of the weight of the glued villi.

Also, girls often notice that their eyes often water from building up. This suggests that the wrong glue is being used, causing irritation on the delicate skin around the eyes.
If the eyes are watery, they feel burning and discomfort, then you need to see a doctor, after removing the synthetic "beauty".

Are there any contraindications

Like any cosmetic service, extensions can have negative consequences. Here is a list of contraindications, in the presence of which it is better to refuse the service:

  • Tendency to allergic reactions. In allergy sufferers, the procedure may increase the risk of adverse reactions to both the artificial material and the adhesive.
  • Inflammatory eye diseases: blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, barley.
  • Too dry, dehydrated skin around the eyelids. With such skin, its hydration is shown cosmetics based on natural ingredients. Any creams, gels, emulsions slightly oily skin, because of this, the cilia can peel off.
  • Strong loss of eyelashes. If natural hairs are too weak and actively fall out, extensions will not solve the problem. The problem will only get worse and reach a critical point, when the eyelids will remain completely “naked”.
  • Psoriasis is a non-infectious skin disease.
  • The procedure is not recommended for girls who wear contact lenses. Inserting and removing them every day, they will disturb the cilia, because of which they may require correction ahead of time.
  • It is also recommended to refrain from building in the presence of diseases such as bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, tuberculosis, as well as with the common flu or colds.

Here are things that can affect the life of your lashes: dyeing them with paint, taking antibiotics, oily skin, using oily makeup removers.

Proper care of your eyelashes

What should I do if, after removing the extensions, my eyelashes become thin, light and weakened? Here are a few simple rules for their care:

These actions take only a few minutes a day, but the result will not be long in coming.

Usually, fashion trends replace each other pretty quickly. If now eyelash extensions are included in the list of the most popular services, then in a year or two the demand for this procedure may drop sharply. But your natural eyelashes will be badly damaged, and it will take a lot of effort to restore them.

Therefore, the best solution is to use natural remedies to strengthen eyelashes and shine with natural beauty.

A little about my eyelashes:
By nature, I have quite long, but very light and thin eyelashes that are not visible at all. Therefore, in order to highlight the eyes, I have to constantly paint them. To make it clear how my path to eyelash extensions began, I attach a photo without makeup and extended eyelashes:

Very pale and expressionless eyes that look at me every morning, so I had to highlight them with makeup, but it looked like this:

Why get eyelash extensions?

The answer is simple, to make your eyes more expressive!

For the last half a year I have been working at home, and therefore it’s possible not to put on makeup, it’s one thing when you live alone and there is no particular need for this ... But when your husband watches your “pale” face every day / evening / morning / night, then this sad ... This is probably where the stories begin, how he began to stare at others, and so on. In general, it was just even most unpleasant for me to look at myself and I thought that something needs to be changed!

I tried to dye my eyelashes with paint, did lamination, tried to paint with mascara even at home, but all these options did not suit me, so I decided to build.

After reading the reviews, the horrors of extensions, how the eyelashes fall off along with their own, how all the eyelashes are glued together, that then it is not possible to save your eyelashes, how they become thin and lifeless, and everything in this spirit, I still decided on this procedure.

How do I find a master?

Prices for hair extensions at home are on average from 500 rubles, in salons on average from 1200. They say that a miser pays twice, but this did not stop me ..

Although my eyelashes are dear to me, something pulled me to take a chance and turn to a master who works at home and takes only 500 rubles for classic eyelash extensions. Before going, I naturally looked through the group with the works of the master, which were quite good for themselves, well, I calmed down that she doesn’t take expensive, not because she is a bad master, but because she wants to replenish her portfolio and this is just a temporary action . And I took a chance.

Eyelash extension.

Although the procedure took place at home, I did not experience any discomfort, a special comfortable couch, sterile instruments (everything was processed right in front of me). The girl did the extension in 2 hours, they write on the Internet that this is a normal time for this procedure, so I didn’t even expect to be free before.

Before the procedure, the master clarified what effect I want to get, I wanted a natural one, so that it would not be like a fan, but also that the eyes would become more expressive, which is why I actually chose the classic extension. Then she set to work. I didn’t hear any questions about bending, thickness and length, apparently something specific was meant by the natural effect, but I trusted the master and didn’t ask any extra questions.

At the end of the procedure, I did not experience any reddening of the eyes or burning or anything else like that, and most importantly, I was more than satisfied with the result! The photo was taken immediately after the procedure:

Then the master handed me a brush for combing the extended eyelashes, specifying that they should be combed daily as needed. During sleep, my eyelashes are very rarely wrinkled, but after washing, the eyelashes stick together, so they should be combed and they return to their original shape.

Do not wash or wet your eyes, no baths, solarium and gym, but this is only the first day.

Don't rub your eyes.

Do not sleep with your face in the pillow.

Do not use anything containing oil on the eyelashes and around the eyes, as the oil will adversely affect the adhesive.

And then, as the master said, the extension will last about 3 weeks. By the way, the master provided a guarantee for her work - 1 week, which turned out to be very useful.

Result.

I completely followed the instructions, the first five days I couldn’t get enough of it at all, but then something went wrong ...

Here is a photo 8 days after extension, with which I turned to the same master to find out what was wrong:

Since I had no experience before, I already thought that in a week to lose half of the extended eyelashes is the norm ... At what the extended eyelashes flew off, while their own remained in place. If a little bit of their own fell out, then it is within the normal range, because eyelashes, like hair, tend to change. I understand this and did not sound the alarm, but what happened with the extensions is not clear ...

The master reassured me and said that this is very rare, but it happens, for example, from hormones, from the eyelash growth phase, and also from the fact that her materials might simply not suit me and called me to carry out a correction under the guarantee provided.

Literally in 40 minutes, the cilia returned to me, and the master said that this time she increased my eyelashes with a different glue, since it is likely that the previous one simply did not suit me.

Unfortunately, I did not take a photo immediately after the correction, but here after 10 days after her...

Again, more than half of my eyelashes came off, and after another five days the rest flew around .....

Outcome.

I would like to say that I don’t blame the master for anything, I chose him myself, maybe the materials really didn’t suit me, or maybe because of the action cheaper materials were used, or maybe hormones somehow affect (for example, on certain days of the cycle I have a gel keeps worse on nails and can peel off, although I use the same materials).

Despite everything, my native eyelashes remained in the same place and the same composition, which is good news, so for its price the experience was quite successful, at least there were no casualties.

In conclusion, I would like to say that if you are still going for eyelash extensions, then the main thing is to find a good master. Well, let my eyelashes peel off, the main thing is not to harm your own, as it happens with some.

Minuses.

Of the minuses, I would like to note that for those who likes to rub their eyes- it will be very difficult to resist. I love doing this in the morning

And second: Washing is not very convenient, again, do not rub your eyes if water gets into them, but I adapted :) By the way, you need to shower! Necessarily! Daily! I'm writing this and I'll even highlight it!!! For those who do not know (and judging by some photos and videos on the Internet, some really think that it is not necessary to wash your face), look at the consequences of non-compliance with personal hygiene during eyelash extensions, this is very sad.
