The swallow is a migratory bird, and its return in the spring means hope, fertility and renewal of life. Since it was once believed that the swallow spends the winter in hibernation, it can symbolize the resurrection. Like most birds, the swallow also represents light.
The Egyptians considered the swallow to be the embodiment of motherhood, and the flock was perceived as northern stars hanging over the Tree of Life.
In ancient Greece and Rome, there was a belief that to kill a swallow meant to invite trouble, since it embodied the spirit of dead children; in addition, she was an attribute of Aphrodite (Venus).
In China, the swallow is a symbol of courage, danger, fidelity and a positive change in fate, but in Japan it is identified not only with maternal care, but also with infidelity.
Muslims also revere the swallow, as there is a belief that she makes an annual pilgrimage to Mecca.
In heraldry, the swallow was depicted on coats of arms as a fantastic bird without legs, since in the Middle Ages it was believed that the swallow did not touch the ground. It is also a symbol of younger sons. In addition, according to legend, swallows feed their chicks with celandine juice, which gives them visual acuity, and therefore they have become a symbol of God's illumination.
According to folk beliefs, a swallow's nest under the roof of a house brings happiness and good luck.

Step by step work.
We prepare the necessary materials.

To make a swallow, we use a template, where
1 - torso, black
2 - breast, white
3 – head element, white color
4 - beak, red
5 - head, black color
6 - wing, black

Cut out all the details according to the template.

We turn the part of the head into a cylinder, the body in the form of a loop and glue the edges.

Glue a white piece to the head.

Glue the white breast to the body.

Glue the head to the body.

We fold the beak detail in half and glue the swallow to the head along the fold line.

Randomly cut out circles from white paper, draw eyes with a black marker. The resulting parts are glued to the head.

We glue the wings and glue them on top to the body.

We hang the swallow on a thread and find a place for it in our interior. Work is ready!

From Africa in the spring
The swallows are flying
Under clay roofs
They make nests.
They fly like airplanes
Graceful and light.
forked ponytails,
By themselves are small.
triangular beak
Grab on the fly
midges and mosquitoes,
They carry it home.
Similar to notes
Sitting on wires
And chirping merrily
About sun and rain. (V. Miryasova)

Thank you for attention!

There are many different types of paper crafts, as it is not in vain considered a versatile material. For example, you can decorate the interior with a cute swallow made by yourself. She is sure to be loved by the kids. By the way, the creation of various, interesting paper crafts can be done together with them - this will help to interest them and involve them in the creative process. In addition, such an activity perfectly develops fine motor skills of the hands.

What do you need to make a paper swallow?

You will need black and white, as well as red colored paper, stationery or PVA glue and a stapler with scissors.

Advice

Before starting work, carefully study what and in what sequence you need to do. This will save you from possible mistakes.

The sequence of creating a volumetric paper swallow

First you need to cut out all the details from colored paper - like a torso, a blank for the head and for the wings. Alternatively, it is possible to use a ready-made template, for example, taken from the Internet, or draw all the contours of the parts manually. Ask children to draw - they will certainly like this idea. Now you need to take a small strip of black paper - from it you will make a swallow's head. It should be folded into a ring and fastened with a stapler. And a large strip of black fabric is a blank for the body of a bird. Be sure to worry about the forked tail. The strip should be folded in half and fastened with a stapler. After that, "shirt-fronts" are glued to the body and head of the so-called swallow. They need to be made of white paper. Try not to confuse - we glue the shorter part to the head, and attach the longer one to the body. When the glue is completely dry, you can connect the head to the body of the bird. This is done both with glue and with a stapler.

Wings

The next step in the manufacture of a voluminous, paper swallow will be gluing the wings to the body. Next, you will need to decorate the head of the swallow, in particular, glue her eyes. They can be purchased at any store that sells sewing accessories, or simply made from white paper circles on which small, black circles are glued. After that, it remains only to glue the bird's beak. To do this, take the only remaining unused part - a piece of red paper. From it we will make a semblance of a rhombus and fold it in half. Next, you need to glue it to the head of the bird.

You can make a swallow differently - without using glue and a stapler. It's about origami. This figure is of medium difficulty. To create it, cut out a square from paper. After that, fold the sheet diagonally and then again along the vertical axis. Then you need to straighten the upper triangle, turning it into a square. And then turn the sheet over and throw the triangle to the right. After straightening the corner into a square. Fold the top layer of the side corners towards the middle, and bend them back. Then you need to expand the top layer up along the fold lines. Flip the shape over and fold towards the middle. Expand the top layer along the fold lines up. Then you need to bend the side corners of the upper layer towards the middle, after which the figure must be turned over again.

Then bend the side corners of the top layer so that they “look” into the middle. Turn over the sectors and bend the upper corners inward. The top layer must be bent so that a "step" is obtained. The top corner should be bent so that it protrudes a little. Then turn the resulting structure over and cut the tail. Next, the tips of the tail need to be slightly moved apart so that it is forked. That's it - your origami swallow is ready. If you are not familiar with this paper technique, then it is better to use step-by-step instructions with pictures.

Output:

The swallow is a cute and well-known bird. Making it out of paper to decorate a room or to play with will surely be interesting for children. In addition, the process is not at all complicated, but rather the opposite - fun and exciting. With the help of adults, kids 5-7 years old will surely be able to do everything.

A variety of toys and crafts can be created with your own hands. Many of them will take 3-5 minutes to create a beautiful thing or a cute trinket that kids can play with. A paper plane is one of the options for such items. In this case, you can use your imagination to create not just a semblance of an aircraft, but a full-fledged three-dimensional layout. This will require paints, felt-tip pens or pencils, and even drawings.

A variety of toys and crafts you can create with your own hands

Origami is not just a way to create cute crafts and funny paper toys, but a full-fledged art direction. The classic version of the creation assumes that the airplane will be folded from a single sheet of special paper (you don’t have to glue or cut anything). The creation scheme is simple: you need a rectangular sheet that will be transformed into a nose (the front of the future airplane), its body, wings and a tail will also be present. So, detailed instructions and folding scheme step by step:

Stages of work:

  1. Put a sheet of origami - paper on the table, fold it vertically in half;
  2. Then the sheet will need to be expanded;
  3. After that, you need to fold the two upper edges to the center of the sheet (do not expand);
  4. Fold the same corners again so that they connect, but do not intersect on the center line (do not unfold);
  5. Bend the upper sides down to the right and left;
  6. Raise the left and right sides to form the wings.

The plane is ready to fly.

Big paper plane

You can create a large fighter plane from A4 paper. For children, it will become an interesting toy, for adults - a way to relax, show imagination. You will need to start work by preparing the place and paper (it can be plain white or color, light office or cardboard).

Stages of creation:

  1. Bend the sheet in half lengthwise;
  2. Then bend in half horizontally again;
  3. Fold the corners so that they meet in the center;
  4. Bend them up;
  5. Starting from the middle of the fold, fold the side corners;
  6. Unfold the folded paper at the top;
  7. Then expand all corners;
  8. After that, fold the upper part of the triangles in half, starting work from the lower corners;
  9. The sides of the paper should be folded slightly towards the center;
  10. After that, fold the sides to the middle of the sheet;
  11. The side parts of the resulting rhombuses must be tucked so that a triangle is obtained;
  12. Then it should be folded in half vertically;
  13. Tilt the craft to the left, bend a parallel line, stepping back 1-2 cm;
  14. The resulting wing is bent down (right and left);
  15. Then the moving part of the wing will need to be folded in the middle on each side.

Such a toy will fly quickly and smoothly. An unusual option will allow you to come up with various situations and game moments for tricks.

How to fold a flying plane: a simple diagram for children

It will be very interesting to fold your own paper toy for a child. That is why it is important to choose an assembly scheme that he can easily reproduce. Flying models of a paper airplane will help him not only develop his creative abilities, but also develop fine and gross motor skills.

It will be very interesting to fold your own paper toy for a child.

In order to assemble your first aircraft, you will need to perform a few simple steps:

  1. Take plain paper (you can use a notebook sheet);
  2. Make a square out of it (fold the lower part and tear off along the line);
  3. Fold the resulting sheet in half;
  4. Bend the upper edges to the center of the sheet;
  5. Bend the resulting paper triangle;
  6. The edges of the workpiece are again bent towards the middle;
  7. Then the sheet is bent in half and the corners are bent, forming wings.

Such a sharp-nosed aircraft will fly very fast.

How to make a paper swallow

If the creation of a paper plane does not interest the child, then you can offer him to fold the birds. Swallow is an easy version of such a craft.

To create it, do the following:

  1. Take a regular sheet from a notebook;
  2. Bend the upper left corner to the right to the middle;
  3. The rectangular part of the sheet formed below must be carefully torn off, but not thrown away, since this part will still be needed in the work;
  4. Fold a square sheet diagonally (you should get 2 lines intersecting in the center;
  5. The resulting paper pyramid should be folded in half so that a triangle is obtained;
  6. Its left corner must be bent up;
  7. Do the same with the right corner;
  8. The left side then needs to be bent down;
  9. Repeat the operation with the right side;
  10. The rectangular part should be folded vertically in half (this is the tail);
  11. Bend the upper left corner to the center;
  12. Repeat the action with the right corner;
  13. Insert the part in the middle of the main part of the craft.

If the creation of a paper plane does not interest the child, then you can offer him to fold the birds

Bend the nose of the swallow.

Cool do-it-yourself paper plane

Cool military models of flying vehicles can be created in stages not only from plastic or wood, but also from accessible materials such as plasticine or paper.

You can easily make any kind of aircraft:

  • Bomber;
  • Fighter;
  • Space;
  • Supersonic.

Cool military models of flying vehicles can be created not only from plastic or wood

In order to make the figurines as realistic as possible, you will need to use several colors of paper or felt-tip pens to color them.

For the bomber you will need:

  1. Rectangular sheet of paper (A 4);
  2. Its upper corners must be bent to the center;
  3. Then unbend them, mark a line next to them to bend the corners to them;
  4. After that, bend and unbend the corners on both sides;
  5. Fold the resulting figure in half;
  6. Draw a line from the side in the center, bend the edge to it (on each side);
  7. Bend part of the corner on each side;
  8. Bend up also on each side;
  9. Turn the workpiece over, then bend the edges to the center on each side.

Bend the corners and fold in half. Bend the wings of the aircraft in front and behind.

How to make an airplane out of paper

What paper is an airplane made of? To create a paper airplane, you will need colored or white paper. It is important to choose one that is not too heavy for work, since in this case the craft will be able to fly quite smoothly and quickly. For even greater realism, you can draw certain details of the airplane.

For work you will need:

  1. Take a sheet of paper, medium in density;
  2. Fold it in half, then unfold;
  3. Bend the corner towards the center to form a square;
  4. Tear off (carefully) the bottom of the sheet - do not throw away;
  5. Bend the top corner in half (you get a triangle);
  6. Expand the resulting figure and bend the bottom corner up (one);
  7. Bend the upper corner to the center of the craft so that it goes beyond it .;
  8. Then fold part of the corner (side) in half;
  9. After that, bend the corner up and to the side;
  10. Also do with the second corner of the future airplane;
  11. Expand the figure, bend the upper corner inward (nose);
  12. After that, bend outward its uppermost part;
  13. Expand wings.

The airplane is ready to fly. You can supplement the model by gluing to it in the middle the torn part of the sheet folded in three in half.

Aircraft with a catapult (video)

Thus, paper planes are not limited to simple models. Existing schemes, supplemented by fantasy, will allow you to create a real paper fleet: passenger and military, fighter and glider. Bright and varied models are obtained from colored paper, crafts designed to decorate the interior, for example, in a nursery - from cardboard.

This morning I went to kindergarten, and I saw a flock of birds. I began to watch them, they flew very high and talked about something among themselves. Of course, in his own, bird language. I thought, probably from warm countries they fly to us.
-What are these birds called? (migratory)

Look, I found this box at our group. I don't know what it is, but we'll see a little later.
Let's play. Mobile game "Small Birds"
A hat with the image of migratory birds is put on the head.
- "Let's fly" Children walk, bending their knees high, waving their arms like birds.

- “We collect grains” (you can scatter large beans, pasta on the floor) Children bend down and collect scattered beans, pasta.
- We train "Paws" to run faster. Children run.
Guess the riddles:
(pictures of birds appear on the slides)
Blacker than all migratory birds,
Cleans the arable land from worms,
Jumping back and forth across the arable land,
And the bird is called ... (rook)

A voice in the blue sky
It's like a tiny call.
(lark)

On a pole - a fun house
With a round small window.
For the children to sleep
The house shakes the wind.
Father sings on the porch -
He is both a pilot and a singer.
(starling)

Who is without notes and without flute
Best of all displays trills,
Louder, softer?
Who is this? ... (nightingale)

Well done! You know a lot of birds!
Look at the poster.
What are the body parts of birds? (Head, eyes, beak, torso, paws, wings, feathers)
-How are they different from each other?
(size, color, shape, size of wings)
-Where do the birds live? (In hollows, making nests)
Why should birds be protected?

The teacher's story about birds:
(accompanied by slides)
There are many birds on earth. There are very large birds, there are very tiny ones. There are birds that can fly above the clouds, and there are those that cannot live either in the forest or in the steppe. They live only in deserts or mountains. Others are just by the sea. There are birds of prey that feed on small rodents or fish. There are birds that feed only on berries and seeds. Birds settle in hollows, others build their nests on the ground, on the branches of trees and bushes. There are chicks in the nests of birds, but chicks are also different.

Game: If only...
Guys, if there were no birds, what would happen.

Competition "Birds Arrived"
I'm going to list the birds now, but if you hear anything else, clap your hands.
- Birds arrived: pigeons, tits, storks, crows, flies and swifts.
- Birds arrived: pigeons, tits, storks, crows, jackdaws, pasta.
- Birds have arrived: pigeons, martens, buntings, nuthatches, woodpeckers.
- Birds arrived: pigeons, tits, jackdaws, swifts, storks, cuckoos, even owls - scops, swans, starlings ...
All of you are great!

Heron, swan, duck, swift,
Stork, swallow and siskin -

Everyone returned, flew in, Cross your thumbs, wave your hands.

The birds sang loudly. With index and thumb, depict how the bird sings.

Guys, guess the riddle:
I am agile, light-winged,
The tail is forked like a pitchfork.
If I'm flying low
So it's raining somewhere. (Martin)

What is hidden in this beautiful box. I wonder what is there?
(open)

Practical implementation of the work:
See what tools are needed to get the job done?
(scissors)
How should scissors work?
1. Do not leave them open.
2. Pass each other only ringlets forward.

Two stripes long and short, two ovals of different sizes, detail for the beak, eyes, and wings.
1. Take a large oval and glue it to a long strip, closer to the edge
2. Take a small oval and glue it to a short strip, closer to the edge.

3. Then we glue the ends of the strips together so that a droplet shape is obtained from a long strip, and a ringlet is obtained from a short one.

4. We glue the parts together.

5. On the tail we make a triangular cutout.
6. Glue eyes, beak, wings.
