You can buy rubber boots that are worn over regular boots. Here somewhere on the Hansa traded such.
The whole problem is, with the temperature differences you indicated, no matter what super fancy boots you buy, they will be damp in a maximum of two days of walking in the snow. Completely. Absolutely have to dry by the fire or anywhere else. I doubt that newfangled shoes with a membrane or something else will endure such treatment and dry completely in a few hours. Boots and footcloths / socks are easier to dry separately than these pies of newfangled materials.

Feel: Macboots are very comfortable to wear. The legs didn't get tired. put on thermal socks + thick woolen tops. Feet did not freeze and were dry.

Simple boots were worn with Makbutov insoles (Good insoles do not absorb moisture) thermal socks + woolen + cotton. They are softer than macboots, the first 10 km is easier to walk, but when I returned home, my whole foot hurt. The leg did not freeze in them, the outer cotton sock, the tip of which was in the ice, was once replaced with a dry one.

When walking in both boots, the outer socks (woolen and cotton) were always wet, the thermal socks were dry - the leg did not freeze.

Conclusion: macboots are a class for a running gear, provided it is possible to dry it overnight (It takes a long time to dry - it stuffed with toilet paper, it helped), it is protected from punctures.
