Two special diets have been devised: the Boys' Diet (rich in potassium and sodium) and the Girls' Diet (rich in magnesium and calcium). Moreover, a woman should sit on the right diet only before conception. The efficiency of this method is quite high - up to 75%. But how safe is an artificially created deficiency of a number of microelements for the health of an unborn child? The question is still open.
- Chinese calendar. In ancient China, they chose a different path - the sages of those times came to the conclusion that the sex of the child directly depends on the age of the woman and the month of conception. Special calendars were created to allow all the necessary calculations to be made. They are often used even now. True, according to modern scientists, this method is approximately 65% accurate.
- ovulation method. It is known that the sperm with the male Y chromosome is more mobile than the one that "carries" the X chromosome. Therefore, if you want a boy, then sexual intercourse should be on the day of ovulation or the day before it. If a girl is planned, then it is best to do this 2-3 days before ovulation. This technique is effective in about 80 cases out of a hundred.
But the method of Dr. Jonas is 95% effective - both in relation to planning the sex of the baby, and in relation to women who are recognized as infertile.
Jonas first selected 360 patients who had been unable to conceive for three or more years. For each woman, he compiled a personal "fertility calendar" (the time of the greatest predisposition to conception). And during the year, 327 observed became pregnant!
A series of clinical trials of the method, conducted in the Bratislava Clinic of Gynecology, gave simply stunning results. For 8,000 women who wish to have only male children, "individual calendars" have been developed. And in 99% of cases (!) the dream came true within a year.
What's the secret? To put it simply, according to the method of Dr. Jonas, on which day of the lunar month a woman was born, on the same day she will be able to conceive a child.
And in order to plan the desired gender of the unborn child, it is necessary to take into account the numerical indicator of the calendar time of the intended conception. It can be "male" or "female". It is generally accepted that the "male" months are February, April, June, August, October and December, and the "female" months, respectively, are January, March, May, July, September and November. But all this, of course, is very, very approximate, and in each specific case, the calculations should be purely individual.

His method has been tested and confirmed by outstanding scientific institutions: the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague, the International Association for Family Planning at UNESCO, the Max Planck Institute in Heidelberg, the Institute of Gynecology in St. Petersburg and others. Dr. Robert Fondiller of Columbia University, together with the University of New York and four other American Nobel laureates (Urey, Rabi, Shockley, Wacksman), confirmed the authority of Jonas's discovery and proposed that he be nominated for the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1970. Evgen Jonas once analyzed about 5 thousand cases of difficult pregnancies, when women gave birth to dead, deformed or mentally handicapped children. It was found that the time of conception in such cases coincided with certain positions of the Sun, Moon and major planets in her personal astrological chart.

The British Astrological Journal wrote about a patient Mrs. V. Petrovich from Nitra. She gave birth to three dead children in a row. He, according to his longstanding conviction, has never given up and does not give up the fight against abortion. He is against cheating with human morality and population reduction.
"In 1956, Hungary legalized abortion. After the former Soviet Union, it was the second country in Europe to adopt a cruel and evil law that allowed the killing of an unborn child," says Yevgeny Jonas. “As a psychiatrist, I have seen many cases where women who have undergone this procedure then begin to wrestle with their conscience. Dr. Jonas realized that the ancient doctors knew the rules that are associated with the fertile periods of women, but they have sunk into oblivion. Abortion, homosexuality, pedophilia, prostitution, drugs, and nobody does anything,” he continues. “The importance of the Vatican is falling and the Anti-Papacy (protipápež) is taking its place. To finally come to Jerusalem, which will be ruled by Muslim leaders in the number of 666. Soon believers will be persecuted all over the world. There are more than a hundred Jonas Centers in the world, so we assumed that his method and the thousands of people who became parents made him a wealthy man. However, Eugene Jonas, a native of Nitra, still lives modestly in his birthplace, in Mani. As well as 11 of his children. In 1968, Jonas founded the Center for Astrological Research on Fertility Planning. He selected 360 women who came to the clinic with complaints of the impossibility of becoming pregnant for several (3 or more) years, while they were diagnosed with "non-pathological infertility". For each of his patients, Jonas prepared an individual fertility calendar (predisposition to conception), based on the constellation of the Moon, Sun and other planets at the time of her birth. Patients were advised to follow the recommendations regarding favorable and unfavorable days for conception. During the year, 327 out of 360 women became pregnant.
Based on the results of his research, Dr. Jonas made a statement - along with the menstrual cycle, there is a second, individual cycle of the greatest predisposition to conception, set already from birth and accompanying the entire reproductive period of a woman's life with incredible accuracy.
This second cycle is oriented to the phase of the moon that preceded the birth of this woman. Each return of the corresponding phase of the moon means for a particular woman the period of greatest predisposition to conception.
A woman has the greatest ability to conceive on the day when the Moon and the Sun are at the same distance from each other as on the day of her birth. This situation develops monthly, given that the moon completes its cycle in a month. The distance between the Sun and the Moon is the phase of the Moon. Therefore, in practice, it is enough that the phase of the Moon of birth and the alleged conception coincide. The method of Dr. Jonas based on the similarity of the lunar phase in the horoscope of birth and the moment of birth has become widespread.
Evgen Jonas conducted numerous studies and developed a special method for planning pregnancy. His research showed that in many cases conception is possible even for those women who have long been considered infertile.
A simplified way to plan pregnancy according to Jonas. Pros and cons
Calculation of favorable days for conception is one of the most frequent tasks in the practice of an astrologer. Days when the Sun and Moon are in the same position as in the birth horoscope are considered a "strong remedy" for those who have difficulty conceiving.
Today, many women successfully use the "simplified" method of Jonas without resorting to the help of an astrologer. The simplified version is that if a woman was born, for example, on the 15th day of the moon, then approximately the 14th and 15th days of the moon are optimal for conception (Given that the favorable time begins a day before the exact moment of the coincidence of the phases of the moon, and lasts about two days).

Using the "simple" Jonas method is very effective for many women who do not really have any problems conceiving. However, the fertility period according to Jonas must be calculated most accurately, in addition, the fertile period often does not coincide with the female physiological cycle and it can be very difficult to achieve a result when trying to figure out the issue of astrological conception planning on your own.
Unfortunately, today I have to state that many astrologers, when compiling conception calendars, do not bother with lengthy calculations and make a fertility calendar, as they say “by eye”. As a result, often their work is not productive.
In any case, if you are interested in the astrology of conception, it is advisable to get qualified advice from an astrologer who understands the issue.
There is another pitfall that astrologers are often silent about. The fact is that no one has canceled the general indications of the horoscope of birth, unfavorable transits or directions of the planets at the time of birth. These factors, which the astrologer A. Kolesnikov called "risk factors", can affect the course of conception, childbirth and the health of the child. Astrologer S.A. Vronsky mentions the special harm from the oppositions of transit planets to the Sun at the moment of conception. Therefore, the "simple" method of pregnancy planning according to Jonas has its own exceptions and clarifications. Not every repetition of the lunar phase is favorable for conception.

The Jonas-Schulman method is not a panacea and does not guarantee 100% effectiveness, but according to statistics it is considered one of the most effective in dealing with family planning issues. Relating to the field of modern cosmobiology, it helps not only to calculate the desired sex of the unborn child, but also to find out the most favorable periods for successful conception. In addition, correct calculations will help to avoid problems with bearing a baby and increase the chances of a healthy birth. Two scientific figures contributed to the existence and development of this technique: the Czech gynecologist and psychiatrist Dr. Jonas (since 1956) and the reproductive gynecologist Professor Shulman (in the 80s).
The basis of the Jonas-Schulman method
Already in antiquity, astrologers noticed the relationship between the distance of the Moon from the Sun at the time of the birth of a woman and her susceptibility to conception. In other words, a girl's natal birth chart shows the time of her greatest ability to become pregnant. There comes such a period for a woman once a month and precisely at the moment when the distance from the Sun to the Moon is the same as at the time of her birth.
Scientist Jonas went further in this discovery, starting to work on this correlation further. He made an almost groundbreaking discovery, arguing that a woman has not one cycle, but two: menstrual and individual. And just the second is responsible for the time of the greatest ability to conceive. An individual cycle is set from the very birth of a woman and accompanies her throughout the entire period of her reproductive life, with absolute accuracy. The second female cycle is oriented to the phase of the Moon, which preceded her birth.
Consequently, the fertile period of a woman, that is, the time of her greatest predisposition to reproduction, is easy to calculate: it will coincide with the return of the corresponding lunar phase, the one that was observed on the day of her birth. Calculate how many days have passed since the full moon or new moon, and you will find the period you need.
Calculate the best period of female fertility
Later, more detailed studies were carried out by scientists, which led to amazing results. It turns out that only 15% of successful conceptions occur on favorable days of the biological cycle known to us (menstrual), and 85% on the cycle of changing the lunar phase. At the same time, the highest rate of female fertility coincides with the moment of the intersection of both cycles.
Together with this discovery, the Czech doctor received the key to the possibility of accurately calculating the most prone to reproduction days of any woman, which he proved in his practical research. After selecting 360 women from the clinic who had presented with problems conceiving a child for three or more years, and as a result received a diagnosis of non-pathological infertility, Jonas recommended that they adhere to his calculations regarding favorable and unfavorable dates for conception. The success of the method has been overwhelming. 352 women became pregnant during the year, which, in terms of efficiency, amounted to an unprecedented figure for statistics of 97.7%.
We calculate the sex of the unborn child
The Jonas-Schulman method allows you to calculate the period of conception of a child of a certain gender due to the movement of the Moon according to the signs of the zodiac. The path between different signs of the zodiac is 2.5 days for the moon. In turn, the signs themselves are divided into female and male. Accordingly, if a child is conceived while the Moon is in a male sign, then a boy will be born. If the Moon was in a female sign at the time of conception, then a girl will be born. Dr. Jonas himself determined the probability of such calculations as 98%.
Dr. Shulman subsequently confirmed Jonas's assumption about the influence of the day of conception on the sex of the unborn baby. The birth of female or male children depends on the solar-lunar phase (positive or negative) at the time of conception. The method was effective in 92-98% of cases.
The approximate gender determination depends on many factors. So, for example, calculations may be inaccurate if the favorable periods for the conception of both female cycles are located nearby, because. astrological phases will change between them. Also, if, when compiling your natal chart, you did not know the hour of birth and took the average option (usually 12 noon), then when choosing the sex of the child, you also need to be careful. In addition, the deviation in the calculations determines the survival of spermatozoa, which can last for 2-5 days, during which the phase of the moon can change, and the calculations will no longer be relevant.
The influence of the method on the bearing and health of the child
Dr. Jonas revealed another feature of the influence of periods of conception on the quality of pregnancy. After examining 2000 women who suffered from miscarriage (miscarriage), he found that of all these cases, 80% of conceptions occurred at the most unfavorable time. After following the recommendations of cosmobiology, the number of miscarriages decreased by more than 6 times.
Dr. Shulman, in his statistical studies, revealed the relationship between the periods of conception and the health of the unborn child. It is influenced by all the same factors, and a number of others are added. Thus, if the conception took place at the time of a solar or lunar eclipse, then there is a high probability of the birth of a baby with serious mental pathologies or even a disability.
