Let's get started. For work, we need old newspapers, magazine pages, school notebooks or a cash tape. From all this, you can twist the tubes and start weaving. The tubes can be painted before weaving with stain or after completion of work - with spray paint. I am writing about spray paint, since with its help it will be easier to paint over all areas of this spiral weaving, and this candlestick is weaved with spiral weaving.

We start weaving with three tubes plus one for weaving. For work, we will definitely need a form for braiding - it can be a cardboard tube or a bottle of deodorant or air freshener.

The volume of the future candlestick will depend on the form you choose for braiding.

We start weaving, bend the tubes sequentially, one after another:

We weave a candlestick of the height we need, we use clothespins in our work to facilitate the task.

Our candlestick consists of two parts, for the second part we need another form for braiding, only of a much smaller volume. You can use a stick.

We glue the finished parts together with hot glue

For the upper part of the candlestick, we twist the newspaper tube and glue it with hot glue, like this:

That's all) We paint the finished candlestick, varnish it, plant a candle and decorate it with New Year's tinsel

In today's master class, we will tell you how to weave a candlestick from newspaper tubes with your own hands. Its production will not take you much time and will bring you a lot of pleasure. In our article you will find a detailed description and pattern of weaving a candlestick.

To make a candlestick, you will need the following materials:

White newspaper tubes;
The bank is not large;
PVA glue;
Transparent glue gun;
Acrylic lacquer;
Scissors;
Brush;
Twine (thread).

Let's start weaving a candlestick:

To begin with, we make the base of our craft, for this we weave a newspaper bottom from twenty white newspaper tubes.

We connect two white blanks and weave several rows with an ordinary rope.

After we connect the two white parts and again weave several rows with a simple rope.

Then we finish the last row, we fill the remaining blanks inside.

Cut off the tubing. For decoration, weave a bend and glue it up. For beauty, we also decorate our craft with twine. In order for the lamp not to catch fire, we impregnate it with PVA glue and varnish it.

Now you need to glue the candle to the bottom and the craft will be completely finished.

This souvenir will decorate the interior of your home, and can also be a great gift for any occasion.
