"New Year's Offensive" is perhaps the most ambitious holiday game event that has ever been in World of Tanks. How to properly decorate a Christmas tree in World of Tanks

You can easily determine what the New Year event is in WoT by looking at the hangar. Actually, you will find it there. clicked LMB on it you will be taken to the window for decorating the Christmas tree.

As you can see, I already have the 9th level of the so-called holiday atmosphere. I made it thanks to a large number of toys of levels 4 and 5.

To achieve this level of festive atmosphere, it is necessary not only to decorate the Christmas tree in WoT, but also to decorate the snowman, decorate the house and lighting, and decorate the poles and the courtyard. All this is in the left menu, in the screenshot. Also, you can go directly to all these objects from the hangar by clicking on them with LMB. This has been discussed in detail.

If you have extra toys or you lack some kind of New Year's element to get a new level of New Year's atmosphere, then the necessary toys can be crafted in a collider. To do this, click on the bottom panel "create decoration".

And so, all the combat missions have been completed, but the 10th level of the holiday atmosphere has not been done, what should I do? Everything is very simple. How will it work?

At the same time, the selection of jewelry must be approached wisely. They are diverse and divided into 5 groups according to their rarity.

Tier 1 decorations are the most common; Tier 5 decorations are the rarest. The “cooler” the decoration, the more points it gives and the faster it raises the level of the festive atmosphere.

What is the festive atmosphere? If you're familiar with last year's New Year's Offensive, you know what it is. As a reminder: the holiday atmosphere has 10 levels and determines your progress in decorating the New Year's patio. You can see your progress at any time. It is displayed right in the snowflake at the top of the Hangar.

Once you reach a new level, a reward box will be dropped into the center of the patio. And the first gift is already waiting for you under the Christmas tree - a box with a gift tank. To open it, simply log into the game as soon as the 2018 New Year Offensive kicks off!

Reach the maximum level of the atmosphere - and you will receive so many gifts that they are unlikely to fit in Santa Claus's bag: female crew (4 girls, nation - to choose from), discounts on any researchable vehicles, consumables, and a set of New Year's Offensive medals.

IMPORTANT: Discounts can be used for any researched vehicle of the specified tier (each box contains discounts for vehicles of a certain tier in ascending order). Unapplied discounts are limited in time; You can activate them until mid-March 2018.

Discounts within the "New Year's Offensive" are not cumulative with others.

When you choose which tank you want to receive a discount on, it will take effect and will be active until you purchase a vehicle. Even at the same moment, even after some time, you will still receive a discount. Do not delay the purchase and do not hesitate to choose which tank to apply the discount to!

How will it work?

Hover your mouse over the decoration, click on the snowflake , right below the "Battle!" or click on any decoration to view it in detail. Use the panel on the left side of the detailed view screen to navigate between interactive elements.

You can also decorate your yard randomly: interactive elements have special slots for each type of decoration. To start the decorating process, click on the element of the festive Hangar that you want to decorate. Then click on the desired slot to open a window containing all the matching decorations and select one of them. Collections and holiday bonus

The decorations will be numerous and varied, and will also be divided into four collections: Traditional Christmas, Modern Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year. From all kinds of trinkets, decorations and garlands to pommels and twinkling lights, there's enough for everyone! And each style will give you additional emotions thanks to the unique background music. The more items from a particular set you use, the more expressive the music will be and the more it will match the style of the toy collection you have chosen.

What do we have to do?

So, the game event World of Tanks "New Year Offensive" is already in full swing and your main task will be to increase the holiday atmosphere in your hangar. Of course, in order to achieve this, it is necessary to decorate the Christmas tree and the tanker, and for this you need to fight, but let's add specifics.

An integral part of the event are special combat missions in the amount of 12 pieces, which can be completed on a variety of types and levels of equipment. Completing each task will earn you a special reward - a "Gift Box", in which you will find a variety of Christmas decorations, garlands, decorations for a tanker, etc.

In addition, the WoT New Year Offensive campaign involves completing tasks conditionally divided by difficulty level, so that everyone can receive a gift, only its level will be different (from 1 to 4) and the toys in the gift will be appropriate. However, over time, you will have more and more low-level decorations in your hangar, and they will lose their relevance, because better ones (3-4 levels) will appear. So that ordinary balls, cones and garlands do not fall idle, you can transform them into better decorations.

To do this, you need to accumulate 5 toys of a certain level, click on the "Convert Decorations" button in the New Year's menu, place them in cells and perform the "New Year's Witchcraft". Thus, out of five toys of the 1st level, one toy of the second will be obtained, out of 5 pieces of the 2nd level, 1 toy of the 3rd level will come out, and so on.

With such a simple method, even if you do not complete the most difficult combat missions, but are content with small ones every day, your World of Tanks Christmas tree, and with it the tanker, will become so beautiful that the hangar will reach the final atmosphere of the holiday.
